Pricing, what each tier includes, how payment works and what happens once you are in.
- What does membership cost?
- Observer membership is free and gives you public events and the newsletter. Committed membership is $1,800 a year. Sponsor membership is $7,500 a year. Both paid tiers renew annually.
- What do I get as a Committed member?
- Full deal flow, closed briefings, first access to investor alerts and research before they are circulated more widely, invitations to all AIA meetings throughout North America, the member directory, and the member journal.
- What does Sponsor add?
- Everything in Committed, plus the ability to co-present a briefing, a board seat, and a place at the annual assembly.
- How do I pay?
- Payment is taken online by card at the end of the join flow. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never touch our own systems.
- What happens right after I pay?
- Your membership activates immediately. You are taken to your member dashboard, where the research library, investor alerts, the member directory, closed briefing invitations and the member journal all unlock.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. You can cancel any time from your dashboard, and you keep access until the end of the year you have paid for.
- Do I have to be an accredited investor?
- Yes. Paid membership is limited to accredited investors as defined by the SEC, and you confirm this when you create your account.
- Where can I see my receipts?
- Every payment appears in your dashboard with a downloadable receipt.
